The Hare Pitch is one of our most generous camping spot, designed for large tents and perfect for families who love a bit of extra space. With an expansive 80m² area, there’s plenty of room not only for a large tent, but also for play—making it ideal for children to spread out, explore and enjoy the outdoors.

Thanks to its size, The Hare Pitch easily accommodates gazebos, play tents or communal seating areas, allowing you to make the space your own. Set right in the heart of the campsite, it offers excellent accessibility while still feeling connected to the surrounding natural environment.

Please note, this is a tent-only pitch and is not suitable for campervans, trailer tents or caravans.

If you’re looking for a central, spacious pitch where family camping memories are made, The Hare Pitch is the perfect choice.

Campsite Rules

  1. Campfires are welcome at Tree Tops and Train Tracks but only in the designated areas.
  2. We have 18 acres of woodland to explore but please stick to the clear boundary lines.
  3. Earliest check in is 3.30pm unless you have upgraded to early check in which is 2pm
  4. Latest check out is 10.30am unless you have upgraded to late check out at 12pm
  5. Quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am as its a family friendly site
  6. Guests should keep their pitch clean and tidy at all times
  7. The site and reception will be open from 8am to 9pm and closed over night
  8. All access to the campsite should remain free at all times.
  9. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on site bar the designated area in the car park
  10. We allow BBq's and fires in the communal area, however we do allow these on the pitches.
