The Pheasant Pitch is a beautifully open woodland camping spot, ideal for a medium-sized tent sleeping up to four people. With approximately 44m² of space, this generous pitch is bathed in natural sunlight throughout the day, creating a warm and uplifting place to settle in.

Set among the trees, The Pheasant enjoys stunning glimpses of the Clwydian Range, with rolling hills peeking through the branches to remind you just how special the setting is. It’s the perfect spot for lazy mornings, golden evenings and soaking up expansive views while still feeling connected to the woodland around you.

Please note, this is a tent-only pitch and is not suitable for campervans, trailer tents or caravans.

If you’re dreaming of sunshine, space and far-reaching views from your woodland base, The Pheasant Pitch won’t disappoint.

Campsite Rules

  1. Campfires are welcome at Tree Tops and Train Tracks but only in the designated areas.
  2. We have 18 acres of woodland to explore but please stick to the clear boundary lines.
  3. Earliest check in is 3.30pm unless you have upgraded to early check in which is 2pm
  4. Latest check out is 10.30am unless you have upgraded to late check out at 12pm
  5. Quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am as its a family friendly site
  6. Guests should keep their pitch clean and tidy at all times
  7. The site and reception will be open from 8am to 9pm and closed over night
  8. All access to the campsite should remain free at all times.
  9. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on site bar the designated area in the car park
  10. We allow BBq's and fires in the communal area, however we do allow these on the pitches.
