The Sparrow Hawk offers a magical double level tree tent escape, perfect for those craving a night immersed in the forest canopy. Reached by ladder, the first level features a spacious hammock enclosed with fly-netting, an ideal spot to read, play games, relax or store your belongings while suspended among the trees.

Climb higher and you’ll discover the Stingray tensile tent, a striking treetop shelter designed to sleep up to three people in comfort. Elevated above the forest floor, this unique space delivers an unforgettable blend of excitement, tranquillity and connection to nature.

A reasonable level of agility is required to access the tent, with a maximum weight limit of 100kg per person. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, and for safety reasons the experience is not suitable for under-5s.

For the best night’s sleep, we recommend bringing a sleeping mat or blanket (rather than a blow-up mattress) along with plenty of extra layers to stay warm. Please refer to our FAQs for full details.

Campsite Rules

  1. Campfires are welcome at Tree Tops and Train Tracks but only in the designated areas.
  2. We have 18 acres of woodland to explore but please stick to the clear boundary lines.
  3. Earliest check in is 3.30pm unless you have upgraded to early check in which is 2pm
  4. Latest check out is 10.30am unless you have upgraded to late check out at 12pm
  5. Quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am as its a family friendly site
  6. Guests should keep their pitch clean and tidy at all times
  7. The site and reception will be open from 8am to 9pm and closed over night
  8. All access to the campsite should remain free at all times.
  9. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on site bar the designated area in the car park
  10. We allow BBq's and fires in the communal area, however we do allow these on the pitches.
